i started out okay, but i just was really tired from this weekend, i think from the lack of sleep, and i did okay up til after dinner, and i just got cravings i think because i was just tired or something, but no EXCUSE!!
sorry!! i didn't run, ANNNDDD and i had quite a few calories......slap my wrist laurie!! :(

Okay, now I see where you're posting. Remember, everyday is a new day! I'm glad you found a little way to satisfy your sweet craving without undoing your whole day. If you ever get tired of those, might I also recommend Special K chocolatey delight snack bars and cereal. They are AMAZING and really fix the chocolate craving for me! This is so exciting! I'm glad I can see what you're writing!
