the weekend!

okay, so yesterday-April 20th, 2007-- was pretty good, i got this new oatmeal that i REALLY like--its the weight control kind by like Quaker or something, but yeah! i ran 2 miles, then walked a mile....i FLIPPING LOST my keyless entry remote--one of them, i have two, but ive been back ALL weekend looking for it....im SO mad, i still haven't found it....

ANYWAYS, yesterday oatmeal for breakfast, apple for snack, low carb wrap from subway for lunch, baked doritos for snack, LEAN CUISINE sandwich for dinner, SOOOOOOOO GOOD!! i DEFINITELY recommend them!! then ONE taco that i was kind of forced to eat at this party for a family friend, but it was the crispy kind with just meat, salsa and lettuce! so it was good, but then a little later i had just 3 little peanut butter candies, not the reese's chocolate or anything, they're just candy looking things, but they're only 1.5g of fat for 3 of them and 80 calories, so that definitely fixed my sweet craving!

Im finding out that it really doesn't take much to satisfy my sweet cravings. I think the longer i go without anything that "counts" as sweets the MORE i want it, and the MORE i binge on them later.....you know??

but THANK YOU SO MUCH LAURIE for getting on my back! i need to make this a routine from now on! i think it's REALLY helping!!

TODAY--April 21st, 2007--already ran 1 mile, and walked 2 miles, did 4 sets of lunges, and 3 sets of pushups, with a little ball/crunch action afterwards.....lol, hopefully i can eat good today!! ;)
