What was i Thinking??

Okay so my goals for this summer/year...

1). Eat right
2). Lose Weight
3). Start running longer distances--3-4 miles
4) SWIM
4). Make $$
5). get a TAN
6). buy new and CUTE CLOTHES!
7). have FUN!

okay, so yeah that's a lot to accomplish, but if i just take one at a time, its possible!! right??

well this week's been SO crazy with eating habits and the like. I've just got back into running again, after trying my taebo videos the past two weeks, i really just want to get back into running because I want the endurance, I want the lean body, and i want the ability to SAY--hek yeah i just ran 4miles!! Basically i want to get back to where I once was...it might take a while, but hey gotta start somewhere, and I am SO GLAD im not doing it alone!!

TODAY!!

i ate well today! not too bad!! i had weight control oatmeal for breakfast, an apple for a snack before lunch, lean cuisine for lunch, low fat nachos with salsa for dinner, and animal crackers for DESSERT!! does that sound okay?? i think monday im going to try and eat less carbs like maybe eggs or something for breakfast, and try and see if i can get more salads for lunch and dinner!

EXERCISE: ran 2 miles, walked 1 mile
while running the 2 miles---lost one of my keyless entry remotes to my car..... :( i am SO FLIPPING MAD AT MYSELF....

im hoping to run this weekend too! i will keep you posted!!
