did A LOT better today!
lol, yogurt and an apple for breakfast, sorbet for snack--not too sure if it was sugar free or fat free--but it was for the old folks so im thinking it was, and it kind of tasted like it was--but it wasn't a lot if it wasn't--ANYWAYS, turkey wrap for lunch, apple and baked tostitos for snack, then steak kabobs for dinner! YUUUUUM! does that sound okay to you?? seriously, im kind of playing with what's healthy--i know everything can be in moderation, but i want know what you think!!
EXERCISE: ran 2 miles, walked 2 miles, 4 sets of lunges, 3 sets of pushups....im tarred....lol
im SO excited about school being done, but im getting nervous for FINALS......(sigh)
pray for me..... ;)

That sounds very healthy! You ate in moderation and combined a good source of fruits and vegetables. When I was working out with those personal trainers last summer, they said that sometimes those cravings we get are our bodies' way of telling us we need more fruit, vegetables, fiber, nourishment. It's important to limit fat and carbs, but at the same time we need to work on eating stuff that's vitamin-rich and gives us energy and nourishment! Sorry...I just totally went off.
and you are going to finish this semester so strongly! I'm so proud of you! Nursing school is so hard and you are doing excellent! Love you!
